Can I get a discount for a defective item rather than returning it?

Using our returns portal, please enter your order number and last name. You can then select register a complaint and follow the steps in the portal.  Please leave us a note in the description that you would like to continue using the defective product in exchange for a discount. After successfully registering the complaint, we will contact you within a few working days with a proposed solution.
