Can I return goods that I don't like or that don't fit?

You can return unused goods to Bergzeit within 100 days. Please follow the steps below (your statutory rights are not affected by this).

Customers must cover the return costs. If you have received the wrong item or a faulty product, Bergzeit will cover the return costs. Please follow the steps listed under "My product has a defect" or "I have received the wrong item".

  1. Using our returns portal, please enter your order number and last name. 
  2. Select "register a return" and follow the steps in the portal. 


For returns from EU countires, please send the items with sufficient postage* as a tracked package to the following address:

For returns from Non-EU countries, please send the items with sufficient postage* as a tracked package (including CN22/CN23 customs declaration form)  to the following address:

*For returns with insufficient postage, we are obliged to charge you a fixed fee of €18.


    3. After receipt of the return shipment, the original purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. You will be             kept informed about the status of your return via e-mail.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like the item in a different color or size, you must place a new order in our online shop.
