How can I return something?

You can return unused products to Bergzeit within 100 days. Please follow the steps below (your legal rights are not affected by this procedure).

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. If you have received the wrong item or a faulty product, Bergzeit will cover the return costs. Please follow the steps listed under ‘My product is faulty’ or ‘I have received the wrong item’.

1. Using our returns portal, please enter your order number and surname.
2. Select ‘register a return’ and follow the steps on the portal.
   
   For returns from EU countries, please send the items with sufficient postage* as a tracked parcel to the following address:

   For returns from non-EU countries, please send the items with sufficient postage* as a tracked parcel (including customs declaration form CN22/CN23) to the following address:

   Germany
   
   PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns from the USA.
   
   *For returns with insufficient postage, we are obliged to charge you a flat rate of €18.
3. After receipt of the return shipment, the original purchase price will be refunded within 14 days. You will be informed by e-mail of the status of your return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive the item in another colour or size, you must place a new order in our online shop.
