My voucher code does not work/is invalid. Why?

Vouchers can only be entered during checkout. Newsletter and personalised vouchers are linked to your email address, so please redeem them in step 4 of the checkout or log in to your customer account first.

Most vouchers have conditions, such as a minimum order value or item exclusions. Check the small print in your voucher email (marked with an asterisk), or click the “i” icon on the promotion banners on our website.

If the code doesn’t work, copy and paste it to avoid typos.

If the voucher still isn’t accepted, please contact us before placing your order via our contact form or by phone so we can help.

Promotional vouchers cannot be added to orders that have already been placed. For administrative reasons, gift vouchers also cannot be redeemed once the invoice has been issued.
