What happens to my voucher after a return?

Newsletter vouchers are only valid for a single order and cannot be reused. 

If, as a result of a return, the order no longer meets the voucher conditions (such as the minimum spend or minimum number of items), the voucher can unfortunately no longer be applied and will become invalid. In this case, the voucher discount will be deducted from the refund amount. This will be clearly stated in the refund confirmation email. 

In the case of a gift voucher, upon a return you will receive a new voucher code with a new PIN for the remaining balance. The new voucher details will be shown in the refund confirmation email. The old voucher code will then become invalid.
