How do I know that the order has actually been processed?

After completing your order, the page will reload and display your order number. Within the next 15 minutes, you should receive the order confirmation by email. Once we've processed your order and shipped your package, you'll receive another email from us.

Please check your email as well as your spam folder for the email confirmation. If you have an account with us, the order will be added to your purchase history.
