How can I change my order?

We are happy to help with change or cancellation requests for your existing orders. Please send us a request via our contact form. If it is technically possible and your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we will do our best to change or cancel your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

A change of delivery address is not possible for payments made via PayPal or Klarna (invoice or instalment purchase).

For logistical reasons, a change of delivery country is not possible.
