How can I change my email address?

To change your email address, please get in touch using our contact form. 

We need the address stored in your account for verification. Please also let us know both your old and new e-mail addresses.

Only written change requests can be considered.

Please note that it is no longer possible to change the e-mail address for an order that has already been placed. If you mistyped your e-mail address or entered an incorrect e-mail address, please contact our customer service if you have any questions about the status of your order.
