If you registered when you placed your order, you can request a cancellation in your customer account within 3 hours. To do so, log in to your customer account, navigate to “My Orders,” and open the relevant order. You can request a cancellation of your order by clicking the button. We will process your request as quickly as possible and promptly reply by email.
Alternatively, you can use the contact form to send us change or cancellation requests for existing orders. We will happily consider these requests if it is technically possible and your order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
