My order does not appear in my customer account.

Even if you have a Bergzeit customer account, it is still possible to order as a guest when paying with Paypal Express. In this case, your order will not appear in the order history of your customer account. It is not technically possible to add it later. You will still receive the order details from us by e-mail and you can also request this anytime via the contact form.
