How do refunds work with Mobile Pay?

(Please note that this payment method is only available in Denmark)

When a payment made via Mobile Pay is refunded, the amount is automatically returned to the payment method linked to your Mobile Pay account – usually your credit card. The refund will therefore first appear in your Mobile Pay app and will subsequently also show up on your credit card statement. The money should usually reach you within a few days. Please check with your bank to find out what posting intervals apply to your credit card and when refunds are usually processed.
